There is no greater power on this earth than that of GRATITUDE.
Have you ever heard someone say, "the more you practice being grateful, the more in your life will show up for you to be grateful for." This always happens to me. Somehow, I've managed to create gratitude's compound effect in my life. I'm constantly receiving and welcoming blessings.
GRATITUDE is like my happy place.

To be grateful for what you have now is setting yourself up to have more to be grateful for later.
The reverse is also true.
When you express what you don't have or don't want. There is this attraction that comes back to you. It brings you back more of what you don't want, and makes it more difficult to attract what you've been saying you don't have.
Here's a good mission to follow, everyday.
Sit Down. Get Grateful.
You could follow my example, or write your own gratitude mission.
I am grateful for my 2 beautiful gifts, my eyes that can see the good in people and my ears that can hear beautiful music. I am grateful for my the love of my life who shows me love and affection, every single day. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life by writing this blog. I am grateful for the tough times I've been through in 2019, because they helped me develop my strength and spirit. I am grateful for my beautiful life. There is SO MUCH to be grateful for.
There is something special when you thank a person or life.
Just sit by yourself and be in the moment. Look at your life and just say Thank You.
Thank you for this GIFT. Thank you for this JOURNEY. Just say it to the Universe, Life or to any higher power that you believe in.
You are probably thinking, this is crazy - my life is imperfect.
SO WHAT? Your life is filled with experiences. It's the experiences that people in their final moments would do anything just to grasp onto for a little while longer.
STOP WISHING. You are alive, you are breathing air, your heart is pumping, your brain is doing billions of operations per second.
Try and appreciate that. Just feel!
I was once told that, "there's an entire spectrum of life you are missing out on when you don't take moments to just feel." Feel the love. Feel the warmth. Feel the cold. Feel the breeze.
Just learn to create moments of gratitude within yourself.
For the sake of being ALIVE, learn to disconnect yourself from this game of consumerism and this dog-eat-dog world we've allegedly created.
Try.
Disconnect from the insanity of society and reconnect with something greater than yourself.
One of life's greatest paradoxes: "when you have the COURAGE to be grateful for what you already have, life will bless you even more."
